Before cleaning, please ensure that vacuum cleaner has power and the filter is dry before using.
The battery’s LED light appears red during charging and green when charging is over.
The battery can be charged with car or phone chargers.
After vacuuming up water, open the front cover to drain out the liquid.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

El pruducto tardo muy poco el llegar, menos de días, tras varios dias de probar el producto limpiando el coche, la casa... Etc funciona muy bien estoy muy contento con este producto, la batería dura una media hora seguida y tarda en cargar unas 3 horas. Es muy facil de utilizar y me gusta mucho la forma en la que se limpia el deposito, en resumen recomiendo comprar esta aspiradora porque por el precio que tiene y la calidad y cantidad de productos es exacta y perfecta.

good product for the price. the suction isn't very strong and it isn't best for long use or large messes. best suction comes from the small-mouth attachment, and its good to use on small messes or for short periods. great for dust, but not thick carpet or heavy particles like pebbles
Came as described. It's actually a decent vaccuum for cars and just even for carpet. It isn't as strong as a heavy vaccuum but it still cleans up stuff pretty well. The bag keeps it clean and safe too and I actually used it before the review and it sucked up quite a bit of stuff. Would recommend.

доставка быстрая. пылесосит нормально. фильтр забивается быстро, 5-10мин пылесосяня и забит, надо чаще вытряхивать. внутри две 18650 на 2000мАп, мотор без маркировок. с собой в машину в лес или природу пойдёт на 100%. позже воткну банки помощнее. заряжается с 0 до полной зарядки часа 3 примерно от прикуривателя в машине, плюс минус 2сек гггггааа. слабоват конешно но маленький и легкий кароче покатит.
