Functions:

How to use it:
1) Turn on: Turn the “strength/switch” adjustment knob to the right, turn on the instrument, the instrument display is on, and the indicator light is on.
2) Grip posture: According to the correct posture of holding the pen, m- ake the tiger’s mouth close to the lead-through plate, and the probe sh- ould be upright and slightly harder to fully contact the human skin.
3) Detecting acupuncture points: When the probe lightly press- es on the skin surface to probe the meridian acupoints, the instrument
emits a continuous beep, the indicator flashes faster and faster, and w- hen the value on the LCD display becomes larger, it means closer to the acupoints.
4) Physiotherapy: After detecting acupuncture points, press the pr- obe on the skin and press the start button, the instrument
will output pulses, release the start button, the instrument will stop out- put.(Note: Do not hold down the start button when detecting acupoints on the meridian)
5) Adjust the intensity: the intensity is divided into 9 levels. You can turn the “intensity/switch” adjustment knob to the ri- ght to gradually increase the intensity, and rotate it to the left to decrea- se. Intensity adjustment can be adjusted to different parts according to
personal feeling, and it is appropriate to adjust to comfort.
6) Mode adjustment: During physical therapy, the physical therapy mo- de can be selected through the “Mode” button. There are three modes, which can be adjusted according to personal comfort.
7) Replacing the probe: The instrument is equipped with different types of probes, which can be replaced according to your own needs. 8) Charging: Insert the adapter, the green light is alwa- ys on; when it is fully charged, the green light is off.
9) Sensitivity adjustment: Use tools to adjust the sensitivity through the sensitivity adjustment hole on the side of the body. (Note: The sensitivity of the instrument has been set at the factory, it is recom- mended not to adjust it at will)

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
