How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Intomagicshop (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Хорошая фигурка,крепкая.Подставка хлипенькая,но фигурка может стоять и самостоятельно без подставки.В жестовые руки катана вставляется не очень хорошо
фигурка просто ВАУ, я думала что будет хуже, но нет, за свою цену оправдано, все крутится-вертится, руки меняются и в них вставляются всякие штучки в комплекте. пришло очень быстро в постамат в пакете с воздушной подушкой, еще продавец положил милый брелочек в подарок)) для художников просто мастхэв, можно настроить практически любую позу, поработать со светом и перспективой, а то надоело уже себя в зеркале фоткать)))
Товар пришел за 2 неделии, модельками очень довольная, у девушки отваливается часть живота, но его запросто можно приделать обратно, и трудновато сгибать конечно, товар рекомендую)))
Голова болтается (не держится), пришлось проложить плёнку для фиксации, также подрезать бедро чтоб смогла сесть модель, ну и доработать кисти(порезать пальцы) для того чтоб держать пистолет и меч. Но для женской модели можно было пистолет и меч сделать поменьше

I was originally looking for a "S.H.Figuarts Body Kun" when I decided to get these. Given that the official ones are normally close to $50 a piece, I was a bit skeptical of these, but ended up being pleasantly surprised. For the price these are certainly a great deal, and they work well for reference purposes. I also appreciate that all the parts and pieces can fit inside the stand, which makes for easy storage. Although the instruction sheet that came with them says "S.H.Figurarts Body Kun" and "Bandai" on it, I'm not sure if that's actually true. The joint movements are a bit clunky/stiff, and body-chan's waist frequently detaches. Additionally, something about the plastic just feels slightly off when compared to a Figma. Even with that being the case, I still think they are a good buy and will work well enough for most people.
фигурки за свою цену не плохие, девушка более миниатюрная и более хлипкая, у меня попалась с очень хлипкими плечевыми шарнирами. Трудно поднимать ей руки и там внутри пластик уже побелел - он мягкий и гнётся :( С мужичком таких проблем нет, у него все отлично и легко сгибается :) товар был упакован хорошо и все пришло целым и невредимым!

Фигурка - супер. Очень качественная, подвижная, хорошо держит форму. Дополнительные детали: кисти рук, предметы - всё на месте. + маленький брелок в подарок.
Всё пришло в целости. Доставка 18 дней. Сама фигурка хиленькая, но за такую цену самое то. Раньше продавались на Али дороже манекены, но не хотелось их брать раньше, теперь только такие продают. Продавцу спасибо за хорошую упаковку, в надувной приехал.
Все пришло вовремя. Ничего не поломалось. Фигурка оказалась меньше, чем я думала, но может это и к лучшему. Все суставы поворачиваются нормально, ручки сменяемые, можно спрятать в контейнер. Для художников самое то. Хотя я думаю, что в основном будут использоваться только одни руки в кулаках или прямых ладошках)

Сама фигурка отлита качественно, что не скажешь о подставке (она очень хлипенькая), но есть минус: шарнир на талии постоянно вылетает из-за того, что таз мешает наклону (что в принципе логично с точки зрения анатомии). Не такой критичный минус, но думаю, у всех такой дефект будет. В целом, довольна, правда цена, конечно, кусается и несколько не соответствует качеству фигурки... Дошла недели за 3 до Урала

Solid feeling figure and accessories, didn't take as long to arrive as most things from Aliexpress. The stand can be a little weak at some points but the screws can be easily tightened or loosened to your liking.

Figuras tal como se anuncian, empaque adecuado y envió muy rápido, se recomienda precaución al manejar las figuras, la femenina al menos es muy delicada, temí romperla un par de veces en lo posible se deben ajustar. por el precio es una buena compra. Vendedor y producto 100% recomendado

Smaller than i thought but looks it’s fine. Came in good condition and without box, but the stand is also a case where you can put all the little accessories in!
